1. Open Source & Freedom to Use

You are free to download, modify, self-host, and deploy CodeOtter internally across your team, company, or enterprise without paying licensing fees or per-seat costs.

2. Restrictions Under ELv2

Under the Elastic License 2.0, you may not provide CodeOtter as a managed commercial service (SaaS) to third parties or bypass licensing keys/protections.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

CodeOtter is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
